Biography: Giulio Campagnola was born in Padua where he showed initial talent in language and music at an early age. He first recieved employment at the Gonzaga court in Mantua and the Este court in Ferrera. Campagnola moved to Venice in 1507 where he helped to spread the style of Giorgione and Titian.
